Beauty is what we radiate, from the inside out. A healthy and positive mindset and a healthy, happy body radiates and exudes beauty, the genuine type not the kind that money and plastic surgery can get you. Fuck what others say or think. Care about yourself, love yourself. Hug yourself after a rough day, pat yourself on the back on the days that you overcame obstacles. No one else can treasure yourself as much as you do yourself and no one knows you better than you know yourself. I strongly believe in that we all have the answers and the love to truly help ourselves become better people, and that all starts with acceptance and with building character. Love is the very seed of all good things to come, and by loving yourself first and foremost, everything else, I believe, will fall in place.
